HRMS Functional Consultant


  • Evaluate client’s business requirements, needs and objectives and transform same to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.
  • Provide HRMS application solutions to clients.
  • Lead client throughout implementation and support phases of HRMS modules.
  • Work closely with various Business Partners to deliver high-quality application solutions.
  • Analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
  • Provide necessary support for HRMS Modules / Solutions.
  • Perform daily activity reporting against plans and schedules.
  • Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing HRMS functional consultation.


  • Deep Functional Knowledge / Domain Expertise in any of the HRMS software.
  • Implementation Experience of any ERP/HRMS software is a must.
  • Able to understand functional/non-functional requirements and drive test scenarios/cases.
  • Provide active inputs on implementation of HRMS.
  • Ability to present to clients, and negotiate delivery aspects.
  • Building Long Term Strong Relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Creative and analytical thinking in problem solving environment.
