  • Responsible for design, development, testing support, production deployment and production support of HRMS.
    Manage Client Implementations and product enhancements
  • Gather client requirements and map it to product.
  • Manage full life cycle of design and testing phases.
  • Manage team for client deliveries, and test the implementations.
  • Configuring and monitoring of HRMS applications.
  • Envision Product Road Map and execute Product Enhancements.
  • Project Management , execution and Tracking.
  • Client Relationship and resolving client issues.


  • Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • Develops and configures detailed solutions for HRMS projects.
  • Must be able to work independently with business and external users.
  • Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of technical problems.
  • Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
  • Excellent organization and communications skills.
